Notice of Choir AGM

The Annual General Meeting of Galway Baroque Singers will take place on Friday, November 26th at 8.00PM in the Ardilaun House Hotel.

The agenda is as follows:

Nominations for officers must be submitted in writing, duly proposed and seconded, at least one hour prior to the commencement of the meeting.

Notices of motion including any proposed changes to the Constitution should be sent to the Hon-Secretary to arrive at the latest 5 days prior to the AGM. Each such motion shall be submitted in writing and be duly signed by the proposer and seconder.

Please note that only paid-up members may attend the AGM.

Refreshments will be served after the meeting.
